Latest Trail Update: 04/10/2026
So Far in 2026: SF volunteers have cleared an incredible 217 trees blocking our trails!
3/19 SF Joe B. and his wife cleared 3 additional trees from the west side of Howell Rd. on Orange.
3/24 SF's Paul, Pete, Joe Larry, Bob & Mike clear 8 trees from Orange in McCoord Woods and Orange between Rt250 & Vineyard Hill.
SPECIAL THANKS to the unknown Bodybuilder / runner who helped us move a huge log from the trail in McCoord Woods!
3/29 SF's took care of 5 trees along Blue & Red at the SE end of HANA, and another 5 trees on East side of Howell Rd and 2 trees on the Garnsey Rd. access path.
3/30 SF's Geoffrey, Rick, Bob & Joe cleared 5 trees from various locations around the Woodcliff area, another 2 trees from the west end of McCoord Woods and 22 trees from Yellow between Rt31 and the Trolley trail. (a total of 29 trees in one day!)
4/1 SF's Paul & Mike cleared 5 trees blocking the yellow trail between Turk Hill & Lyndon rd.
4/2 SF's Mike and Joe G. cleared 2 trees on Blue near the north end of Mason Valley (Broadmoor Trail access)
4/10 SF's Paul & Mike cleared another 2 trees reported on Orange in McCoord Woods. They went on to clear two more trees on Yellow along the canal between PortMeadow Trail and the Trolly Trail..
