The CTHA Board meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of the month at the Perinton Rec Center at 7:00pm. The public is always welcome to attend, or you can view our monthly meeting minutes. Once a year, usually in the Fall, we offer an Annual Meeting where we review finances and projects. The annual meeting time and date will be announced as soon as logistics are confirmed. Below you will find some of the recent meeting minutes. There's often a delay between the meeting and the publishing of the minutes as we review the notes.
